Lynchburg, TN 37352We would like to say a word from our heart. We Christian brothers and sisters may hold different opinions concerning certain truths and may argue over them one with another. But let us do it in a spirit and on a level that are worthy of a saint in Christ. The truths of the Bible are holy. We do not believe that any mocking, ridiculing, or despising is the way for a saint to contend for the holy truths of our Holy God. It is a solemn thing to deal with the Word of God. We may edify others; we may also destroy others. We must always remind ourselves that whatever we say and do will be judged at the judgement seat of Christ when He comes back. May the Lord’s grace be with us all!
Most articles here are written by friends or acquaintances. There are lots of pages here and this is not our primary job - so our time is limited to review and edit articles.
For the most part, We agree with most things written here, and certainly those we have endorsed, but if you find anything blatently in error, (not just your opinion, but if you can back up your argument with the Bible) please let us know. Because most importantly we want the truth.
For we know... It is better to be divided by truth than to be united in error. We know... It is better to speak the truth that hurts and then heals, than falsehood that comforts and then kills. It is not love and it is not friendship if we fail to declare the whole counsel of God. We know... It is better to be hated for telling the truth, than to be loved for telling a lie. It is impossible to find anyone in the Bible who was a power for God who did not have enemies and was not hated. It's better to stand alone with the truth, than to be wrong with a multitude. It is better to ultimately succeed with the truth than to temporarily succeed with a lie.
With any biblical mystery, we personally are responsible to challenge our own preconceptions and thought patterns in search of the truth. Through this investigation you will see the prophetic future of this world, from here to eternity, through new eyes. Your vision will be clearer than you have ever thought possible as we dig through the layers of tradition to expose the fellowship of the mystery.
As always, prayerfully let the Holy Spirit guide you in truth and understanding, and back everything up with the Bible. If we can do this, we will be able to walk the straight and narrow path Jesus blazed for us nearly 2,000 years ago, and we shall know what it is to be Simply Christians.
